This Privacy Policy explains how Intenda ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Intenda mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. Anonymous accounts collect no personal identifiers.
App Usage Data: Session history, intentions, intention stacks, selected number sequences, preferences, and meditation session data you create within the App.
Subscription Information: Subscription status and entitlement data managed through RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment card information — payments are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Device & Technical Data: Device type, operating system version, app version, and crash/error reports used to diagnose issues and improve the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain App functionality
- Save your preferences and session history
- Manage your account and verify subscription access
- Diagnose crashes and improve App performance
- Respond to support requests
3. Third-Party Services
Intenda uses the following third-party services which may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and crash reporting — firebase.google.com/support/privacy

- Sentry: Error and crash reporting — sentry.io/privacy

4. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and associated app content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Intenda is ad-free and we do not share your data with advertisers.
7. Children's Privacy
Intenda is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your data (we do not sell data).
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
