Subscriptions & Billing
How do I start the free trial?
Tap the Subscribe button anywhere in the app to see the free trial
offer. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel
any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play
account — not through Intenda directly. To cancel:
- iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Intenda → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Intenda → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.
I was charged after my free trial. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Intenda. To request
a refund:
- Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Visit the Google Play Help Center and request a refund through your order history
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the App, go to your Profile, tap Premium, then tap Restore
Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple or
Google account used when you originally subscribed.
My premium features are locked even though I subscribed. What
do I do?
Try tapping Restore Purchases in the Premium section of your
Profile. If that doesn't work, try signing out and back in. If the
issue persists, contact us at
intenda.app@gmail.com.
Account
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app. Go to Profile →
Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your
account and associated data within 30 days in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your Intenda account does not automatically cancel an
active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately
through your App Store or Google Play account settings before
deleting your account.
I signed in as a guest. Can I save my data?
Yes — you can upgrade your guest account to a full account at any
time by tapping Sign In with Apple or Sign In with Google from
your Profile. Your session history and preferences will carry
over.
App & Sessions
Why can't I hear audio when my phone is on silent?
Intenda is designed to play audio even when your device is set to
silent mode. If you are not hearing audio, check that your media
volume is turned up and that you have not disabled background app
audio in your device settings.
Will the app keep playing if I lock my screen?
Yes. Intenda is designed to continue playing in the background
with your screen locked, including during the sleep (8-hour)
session. You can also control playback from your lock screen or
connected headphones.
My session isn't saving to my history. What's wrong?
Session history requires an account. If you are using Intenda as a
guest, your history may not persist between sessions. Sign in with
Apple or Google to ensure your history is saved.
