Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how Intenda Premium subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and account access work. These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Intenda is provided for meditation, reflection, intention-setting, and personal wellness purposes only. Intenda does not provide medical advice, therapy, financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes.
1. Intenda Premium
Intenda may offer a paid subscription called Intenda Premium. Premium features may include access to additional number sessions, expanded intention categories, premium voice options, background music and audio options including theta, delta, and alpha waves, extended session durations including sleep sessions, and other features made available inside the app.
Available features may change over time as we improve the app. If we make material changes to paid features, we will try to communicate those changes clearly in the app or through the relevant app store.
2. Subscription Plans
Intenda may offer monthly, yearly, or other subscription plans. The available plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
Prices may vary by country, region, currency, store, taxes, and promotional eligibility. The final price and billing terms are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm your purchase.
3. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
Intenda currently offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility are determined by the Apple App Store or Google Play and may change over time.
If you start a free trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends, according to the rules of the app store where you subscribed.
Free trials and introductory offers may only be available once per user, account, subscription group, or store account, depending on Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
4. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Your app store account will be charged according to the plan you selected and the billing terms shown at purchase.
Billing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Intenda does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription through the app store account used to purchase it. Deleting the Intenda app or deleting your Intenda account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
To cancel or manage your subscription, use your device's subscription settings, the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the "Manage Subscription" option inside Intenda if available.
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Intenda → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Intenda → Cancel
6. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current paid billing period or trial period, depending on the app store's rules and your subscription status.
When your subscription or trial ends, Premium features may become unavailable unless you start a new subscription.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. Intenda generally cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple or Google.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please request it through the app store where you made the purchase:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Visit the Google Play Help Center and request a refund through your order history
8. Account Sign-In and Subscription Access
Intenda may require you to sign in with Apple, Google, or another supported account method before starting a Premium subscription. This helps protect your subscription access if you delete the app, reinstall it, or switch devices.
If you use Intenda as a guest, some features may be available without creating an account, but Premium subscriptions may require a signed-in account.
9. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall Intenda or switch devices, you may use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app to refresh your subscription status. You may also need to sign in with the same app store account and Intenda account used for the original purchase.
10. Account Deletion
You may request or initiate deletion of your Intenda account from within the app. Account deletion removes or disconnects your Intenda account data according to our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately through the relevant app store if you no longer wish to be billed.
11. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws set out in our Terms of Service. Any disputes relating to subscriptions or billing shall be subject to the jurisdiction described therein.
12. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify you through the app, our website, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of Intenda after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
