The rules and expectations for using Intenda safely and responsibly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Intenda (the "App"), a meditation and intention-setting application operated by Intenda ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intenda, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Use of the App

Intenda is provided for personal meditation, affirmation, reflection, intention-setting, and wellness purposes only. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
  • Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Intenda may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown in the app before you confirm your purchase.

Free Trials and Introductory Offers: Intenda may offer a free trial or introductory offer. If you start a free trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel in time through the app store account used to subscribe. To avoid being charged after a free trial or before a renewal, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription renewal date, or within the cancellation window required by the app store where you subscribed.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Your app store account will be charged according to the plan, price, billing period, and terms shown at the time of purchase.

No Guaranteed Separate Reminder: Unless Intenda specifically states otherwise in the app or at the time of purchase, Intenda does not guarantee that it will send a separate email, push notification, SMS message, or other reminder before a free trial, introductory offer, or subscription renewal ends. Your app store may provide its own notices depending on your account settings and applicable app store rules, but you are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not want to be charged.

Pricing: Subscription pricing is displayed before purchase and may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, app store, and promotional eligibility. Price changes, if any, are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their rules and applicable law.

Refunds: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the app store where the purchase was made. Intenda generally cannot process app store refunds directly.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Intenda app or deleting your Intenda account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your Intenda account from within the App at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data and app content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your device's account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, is the property of Intenda or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our express written permission.

Content you create within the App, such as personal intentions and session data, remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the App's functionality.

6. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Intenda is a meditation, affirmation, number-session, and intention-setting tool. We make no representations or warranties that use of the App will result in any specific personal, financial, health, relationship, spiritual, or life outcomes. Results, if any, will vary between individuals.

7. Not a Medical or Professional Service

Intenda is not a medical service, mental health service, therapy, financial advisory service, or substitute for professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the App should be construed as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you have health or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intenda and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.
